3. The ejection speed is too fast.

4. Glass fiber orientation, material flow front, and weld line are all weak areas of the parts, so the pattern of the material should be the shortest stroke of the material flow or a small piece of material should be plugged in the weak area first.

5. If the material is not fully cured, it will inevitably lead to insufficient product strength. Increasing the curing time and increasing the mold temperature can both increase the thermal strength of the product.

6. If the mold is not installed horizontally, it is like an undercutting of the mold. The inverted tip will cause cracking.

7. The flashing at the ejector pin is too serious, which is similar to undercutting, and should be carefully adjusted to an appropriate gap.
